When you contact StrapFIT through our form, WhatsApp or email, we may collect your name, email address, phone number and message. Rental enquiries also include your town, cuff choices, rental dates and how you heard about us. Consented referrals include the practitioner’s details and the patient’s name and phone number. Form enquiries are stored privately so we can follow up even if email delivery fails.
We use this information only to respond to enquiries and process orders. We do not sell it. Our website service securely stores enquiries, and we share delivery details with the courier only when needed to deliver your order. We also record button clicks and the page they came from to understand enquiries; these click records contain no names or contact details.
Your enquiry list is stored only in your browser. It is not sent to StrapFIT until you choose to send it by WhatsApp or email.
