Rent or buy an ice compression machine?
If your care team recommends a machine for a few weeks, renting may be enough. If you expect to use one regularly for longer, buying may be worth considering.

A short recovery period
People renting after surgery or injury may only need the machine for a few weeks. At R895 per week Incl. VAT, you avoid buying a machine upfront. Check your expected rental length and courier quote before deciding.
What comes with a rental?
We supply a cleaned unit, the agreed cuff, power unit and printed guide. It is delivered and collected by courier, so you do not need to store it after the rental. Courier cost is separate.
When buying may suit you
Buying can make sense for ongoing use or a practice using the machine regularly. Ask for an actual purchase quote, warranty details, cleaning requirements and cuff costs. We have not quoted a purchase price here.
Compare the total
Three weeks of PolarPulse rental is R2 685 Incl. VAT before courier; four weeks is R3 580 Incl. VAT before courier. Compare the full rental quote with a current purchase quote, not just the weekly price.
